Includes access to our easy online scheduling system for large groups. Online scheduling makes booking and rescheduling time slots simple. Send the custom link to your large group and we manage the rest.

Upgrade to 24 hour image delivery. Participants have their headshots taken and receive the digital images within 24 hours by email. Price is per headshot station/day.
Roaming Event photographer
$700 / hr
Document the energy of your event with professional roaming photography that captures high-end candid moments and keynotes as they happen. Secure a complete visual narrative for your future marketing and social media at $700/hour (4-hour minimum).

When you first reach out, we’ll check our calendar. If we’re free, we’ll place a complimentary 2-day hold on your date while we finalize details.

A 50% retainer is required to officially reserve your spot. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards through our secure online portal.

Once reserved, you’ll receive an online questionnaire. This is where we’ll nail down the logistics: setup times, preferred styles, and specific requests.
Your Questions, Answered

We recommend an average of two minutes per person if you have a lot of people needing new headshots. Throughout the day we will plan for short breaks, but during operating times two minutes is a quick but realistic requirement. If your crowds aren’t as big we would be happy to spend more time with each participant.

Our minimum space requirements are typically 15’ x 15’ with a ceiling of at least 9’. You will also need room for a line of people and any queue management (i.e. stanchions) if required. If your space has a different layout, just let us know in advance and we will do our best to adapt. We will need a reliable internet connection in the venue. All packages require a standard power outlet within 15 feet of our setup.

We deliver retouched images at 2,048 px on the long edge of the photo which is perfect for online use and in business cards. If you need larger versions, we include the full-sized version of the image for an additional $35/image. The full size is typically 5,ooo px or more pixels long.

The base package includes a group gallery of all the headshots in one single online gallery that will be sent to each participant, This may be fine for internal groups, but if you would prefer that each participant receive their own photos by email make sure to add the Individual Galleries option. This way participants will select and email their own photos without being sent to a group gallery. Even though headshots are typically used for very public reasons, some participants might prefer not having their headshots in a group gallery with people they don’t know.

At Sperling Photo Co, we understand that not everyone loves to have their photos taken. Our experienced team is here to guide and direct you into flattering poses. We let you see your headshots at several points during your photo shoot so you can provide your feedback. We take your feedback and use it to create images you love!
